A: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Please note that some orders during the Chinese New Year holiday (February 11–24 shipped from China warehouse ) may be delayed by 1–2 weeks.
Q: Where are your warehouses located?
A: We operate warehouses in the United States (New Jersey), China, Russia, and Czech Republic. Your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your delivery address.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical delivery address when placing your order.
Q: Is free shipping available?
A: Yes! Orders shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free shipping on orders over $49 USD. Standard shipping rates apply to non-contiguous US regions including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and military addresses (APO/FPO).

🛡️ Warranty
Q: What is the warranty period for your products?
A: Warranty coverage varies by product type:
- LED bulbs, light bars, driving lights, sealed beam headlights, laser off-road lights: 24 months
- Brackets, whip lights, rock lights: 12 months
- Wiring harnesses and related accessories: 60 days
- Clearance / sale items: 6 months
Q: What does the warranty cover?
A: The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. It does not cover consumable wear, damage caused by misuse or improper installation, or products that have been modified or disassembled.
Q: How do I submit a warranty claim?
A: Please email support@led-colight.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A video demonstrating the fault
- Clear photos of any damaged or disconnected wiring
Q: Does the warranty apply to products purchased from third-party platforms?
A: No. Our warranty policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly through www.led-colight.com. For products purchased via third-party platforms or resellers, please contact the respective seller.
🛃 Customs & Duties
Q: Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
A: All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means any applicable customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are payable upon clearance by your local customs authority.
Q: How much will customs duties cost?
A: Duty rates vary depending on your country and the product category. We recommend checking with your local customs office or using an online duty calculator before placing your order.
Q: What happens if I refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned?
A: If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties, any refund issued will be subject to deduction of the original shipping cost and any return freight charges incurred. We strongly recommend familiarising yourself with your country's import regulations before ordering.

A: We ship from our warehouses in the United States (New Jersey), China, Russia, and Czech Republic, depending on your delivery location and product availability.
Q: What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customised / personalised products
- Products that have been installed or disassembled
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items not purchased directly from our website
Q: Where do I send my return?
A: Return destinations depend on your location:
- 🇺🇸 US & 🇨🇦 Canada customers: return to our New Jersey warehouse
- All other regions: return to our China warehouse
Our support team will provide the full return address upon approval of your request.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. If the return is for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, incorrect selection), return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and a 10% restocking fee may apply.
Q: I received a damaged item. What should I do?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos or a video of the damage. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days to your original payment method.
Q: I am based in the EU. Do I have additional rights?
A: Yes. In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may return your order without providing a reason.

🔆 Compatibility & Fitment
Q: Will these lights fit my vehicle?
A: Most of our lights are designed as universal-fit products. Please check the product listing for specific mounting dimensions and bracket compatibility. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us at support@led-colight.com with your vehicle make, model, and year.
Q: Do your 7-inch round headlights fit Jeep Wrangler / Land Rover Defender?
A: Yes, our 7-inch round LED headlights are compatible with most Jeep Wrangler (JK, TJ, YJ, JL) and Land Rover Defender models. We also offer dedicated mounting brackets for a secure, drill-free installation.
Q: Are your 5x7 / 7x6 inch headlights compatible with H6054 / H5054 housings?
A: Yes, our 5x7 and 7x6 inch sealed beam headlights are designed as direct replacements for H6054 / H5054 / 6052 / 6053 housings, commonly found on Jeep Cherokee XJ, Ford trucks, and similar vehicles.
Q: Do I need a relay harness / wire harness for installation?
A: We strongly recommend using a dedicated wire harness for all LED driving lights and light bars. This ensures stable power delivery, protects your vehicle's factory wiring, and prevents flickering or premature failure. We sell compatible harnesses separately — please check our accessories section.
⚡ Installation & Wiring
Q: Are your lights plug-and-play or do they require professional installation?
A: Most of our headlights are designed for straightforward DIY installation as direct replacements for OEM housings. Auxiliary driving lights and light bars may require basic wiring knowledge. We include an installation guide with each product, and our support team is available to assist.
Q: My lights are flickering after installation. What should I do?
A: Flickering is usually caused by one of the following: loose wiring connections, insufficient power supply, or incompatibility with the vehicle's CAN bus system. Please check all connections first. If the issue persists, a load resistor or anti-flicker adapter may be required. Contact us for guidance specific to your vehicle.
Q: Do your LED headlights require a CANbus decoder / anti-flicker module?
A: Some vehicles with advanced electrical systems (particularly European makes) may display error codes or cause flickering with aftermarket LED headlights. In these cases, a CANbus decoder is recommended. Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure about your vehicle's compatibility.
Q: What gauge wire should I use for my light bar / driving lights?
A: We recommend using the wire harness included or sold with your lights. If wiring independently, use a minimum of 14AWG wire for lights up to 100W, and 12AWG or heavier for higher-wattage setups. Always fuse the circuit appropriately.

Q: How bright are your LED lights? What is the lumen output?
A: Lumen output varies by product. Please refer to the individual product listing for detailed specifications including lumens, wattage, beam angle, and colour temperature. Our product pages include full technical specs for each model.
Q: What is the colour temperature of your lights?
A: Our standard white LED lights have a colour temperature of 6000K–6500K (cool white), which provides excellent visibility. Dual-colour models also offer amber/yellow output, ideal for fog and adverse weather conditions.
Q: Are your lights road legal / street legal?
A: Most of our driving lights and light bars are designed for off-road use and may not comply with road regulations in all regions. Sealed beam headlights are designed as OEM replacements and are generally road legal. Please check your local vehicle lighting regulations before use on public roads.
Q: Are your lights waterproof? Can I use them in rain or off-road conditions?
A: Yes. All COLIGHT LED lights carry an IP67 or IP68 waterproof rating (please refer to individual product specs), making them suitable for rain, mud, and off-road environments. However, avoid direct high-pressure water jets aimed at connectors or seals.
Q: Can I use the amber/yellow beam mode in fog or rain?
A: Yes. The amber/yellow beam on our dual-colour lights is specifically designed for use in fog, rain, and snow conditions. Yellow light has a longer wavelength that reduces glare and improves visibility in low-visibility weather.
🔧 Troubleshooting
Q: One of my lights stopped working after a short period. What should I check?
A: Please check the following in order: (1) Inspect all wiring connections for looseness or corrosion. (2) Check the fuse in the harness — it may have blown. (3) Test with a multimeter to confirm the light is receiving power. If the light still does not work after these checks, please contact us with a video of the issue to arrange a warranty replacement.
Q: My light bar / driving light has moisture / condensation inside. Is this normal?
A: Minor condensation inside the lens can occur due to temperature changes and is generally not harmful — it should clear once the light warms up. However, if water is visibly pooling inside the housing, this may indicate a seal failure. Please contact us with photos or a video for assessment under warranty.
Q: My DRL / halo ring is not working but the main beam is fine. What should I do?
A: The DRL and main beam circuits are typically wired separately. Please check that the DRL wire is correctly connected to a switched 12V power source. If wiring is correct and the DRL still does not function, please contact our support team for warranty assistance.
Q: The RGB colour-chasing function is not responding to the controller. What should I do?
A: Ensure the controller is paired correctly — refer to the instruction manual included with your product. Check that all signal wires are securely connected. If the issue persists, please contact us with a video demonstration for further support.
